April attended Campbell University for undergraduate studies in Kinesiology and continued to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Winston Salem State University. After graduating, she got married and moved to Selma with her husband and miniature Australian shepherd, Butterbean. She currently practices in our Wilson office in Wilson, North Carolina focusing on orthopedic injuries and surgeries. She enjoys working with all ages, but has a special interest in ACL rehab helping athletes return to sport and geriatric fall prevention/balance training.
