Dr. Freels and staff were excellent! I really appreciate the time they took with us and how they made my daughter "feel special"(her words). I want to give a great big thank you to Ms. Becky who to me went an extra mile with trying to find a boot and trying each one on her to make sure it fit and even stayed over a few extra minutes to make sure everything was great. They are the absolute best!

I was very impressed with Dr Freels and the time he spent with me. He took his time and though he could not personally help me, he went out of his way to try to connect me with the proper medical professionals who could address my condition. He answered all my questions.

Dr Freels and his staff always takes the time necessary so that I clearly understand - using language that is at my level. I do not feel rushed through a visit. As long as I have questions and/or issues they will spend the appropriate time with me and are always pleasant. I think it is a very important part of a visit to feel relaxed so that you can discuss situations that you are experiencing. They make me feel comfortable and show a high degree of professionalism.

"Being able to access your Orthopedic Urgent Care on a Saturday was a God-send. It was wonderful to avoid an ER. Thank you all so much for being open on Saturdays and after hours, Monday through Friday."
