Upon earning her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Klett moved to South Carolina in pursuit of a medical degree. She completed medical school, a residency and a rheumatology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr. Klett is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a certificate in the subspecialty of Rheumatology. She remained in South Carolina and practiced for several years before returning to North Carolina. Dr. Klett joined Durham Rheumatology, which now operates as TOA Rheumatology, in 2008, and she continues practicing at the main campus in Durham, NC.
