Dr. Russell R. Zelko is the lead provider for this location. Dr. Zelko specializes in non-operative treatment of orthopaedic problems including sports injuries, arthritis, knee, ankle, shoulder, foot, hand, back, and neck problems. Dr. Zelko facilitates referrals to the appropriate fellowship trained surgeons when surgery is necessary. Physical Therapy services will be coming soon. Raleigh Urgent Care Center Moves to Raleigh Medical Center!
Triangle Orthopaedics Urgent Care Center located in Raleigh has recently moved to 3100 Duraleigh Road, Suite 202, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27612. Phone #: (919) 866-4242.
The Urgent Care Center is open during extended hours, from 5pm until 9:30pm Monday through Friday, and from 9am to 2pm on Saturday. Holiday hours are from 9am to 12pm. X-ray is available on site. The Center is not open on Sundays, or holidays.

Triangle Orthopaedic Associates in Durham and OrthopaedicSports Medicine Associates in Raleigh have merged to create the largest orthopedic practice in the Triangle, the two organizations announced this week.
The combined practice will operate under the Triangle Orthopaedic Associates name and will be led by Thomas Dimmig, who works out of Triangle Orthopaedic's N.C. Specialty Hospital facility on North Roxboro Road in Durham. Dimmig, a graduate of Duke University's medical school, will lead a staff that includes 27 physicians and 18 physician assistants.
The combined practice will offer more than 18 services, including sports medicine and pediatric orthopedics, at 10 locations. In addition to the Speciality Hospital, the practice will operate out of the American Institute of Health and Fitness in Raleigh.
