Biography:
Sam is a graduate of the Duke University Physician Assistant Program where he earned the degree of Masters of Health Science. He holds a Bachelors degree in radiologic science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.
He has knowledge and experience in the management of most orthopaedic problems and practices under the supervision of the orthopaedic surgeons of Triangle Orthopaedic Associates, P.A. primarily assisting Dr. David T. Dellaero with clinic patients and surgical cases.
Sam assists in surgical cases at Durham Regional Hospital, the James E. Davis Ambulatory Surgical Center, and North Carolina Specialty Hospital. He also provides sports medicine coverage at several local high schools.
