Biography:
Kirsten is a graduate of the Wake Forest University Physician Assistant Program where she earned the degree of Masters of Medical Science. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
She is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the Triangle Area Physician Assistants.
Kirsten was a Radiologic Technologist for four years prior to becoming a Physician''''sAssistant. She continues to hold her certification as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of of Radiologic Technologists, and is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
Her prior physician''''s assistant experience is in geriatric medicine and rehabilitation. She gained this experience by working at long term care facilities in North Carolina.
