Sports Physicals

Sports Physicals will be held for all Fall Sports on Saturday, May 15th, 2010 from 8am - 12 noon. These physicals will be conducted at five locations around the Triangle for your convenience. As in the past, this will be a fundraiser for your school. Please bring $10 for your physical. 100% of the money collected will go back to the schools. PLEASE HAVE FORMS PRINTED AND COMPLETED WITH PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT OUR FACILITIES. Locations are below:

Also please know that athletes are able to get sports physicals at any of our four Sports Injury clinics/ Urgent Care centers for $45.

As a contribution to our community, Triangle Orthopaedics donates 100% of the mass physicals day sports physicals proceeds back to the area high schools. Help your school raise money for your school's athletic program. Each physical will cost $10 on mass physical days. Cash and check are accepted for payment.
