Triangle Orthopaedics operates an Orthopaedic Urgent Care Center in its Chapel Hill facility located at 203 Timberhill Place.

The Urgent Care Center is open during extended hours, from 5pm until 10:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturday and Holiday hours are available at our William Penn Plaza location, or our Duraleigh Road Location in Raleigh. On-site X-ray is available.

Our Urgent Care facilities also offer the added security of being in close proximity to local hospitals, in the event a person's condition turns out to be more serious than originally thought. A transfer to the hospital will be arranged for anyone whose condition is considered to be serious. The cost of a visit to Triangle Orthopaedics Urgent Care Center is considerably less than the average emergency department visit, and is covered by many insurance plans. It is important, however, for individuals to check with their insurance carrier to be certain of coverage.

It is our hope that providing this new service assists in the management of patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries occurring after hours that do not require an emergency department visit.

• Sprains and strains
• Whiplash injuries
• Suspected fractures and dislocations
• Acute, new onset lower back and leg pain
• Foot and ankle injuries
• X-Ray available
