Biography:
Laura, originally from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University in Kinesiology. She then completed the George Washington University Physician Assistant Program with a Masters of Science in Health Sciences and Physician Assistant Certificate.
After practicing in Arlington, VA following graduation, Laura worked in a general orthopaedic surgery practice in Chambersburg, PA for the past 2 ½ years. Her orthopaedic interests include sports medicine injuries and the treatment of osteoarthritis. She is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Laura practices mainly in our Durham and Creedmoor offices.
