Biography:
Tom is a graduate of the United States Public Health Service Physician Assistant Program in New York City. He earned his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska.
Tom is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board. He is an Assistant Consulting Professor at Duke University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the North Carolina Association of Physician Assistants, and the Physician Assistant Education Association.
Tom has practiced Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Student Health, Urgent Care, and Sports Medicine. He served as the Academic Coordinator for the Duke Physician Assistant Program before coming to Triangle Orthopedics. He is interested in diagnosis and management of orthopedic disorders of the upper extremity and hand, and pediatric orthopedic disorders. He has worked at Triangle Orthopedics since May 2006.
