Triangle Orthopaedic Associates, P.A. is offering a Pain Management/Interventional Spine Associate position starting July/August 2012 for a duration of 6 to 12 months depending on objectives and scope of training. Opportunities for interventional training include: safe, efficient use of fluoroscopy, lumbar, thoracic, cervical interlaminar epidural steroid injections, lumbar and cervical transforaminal epidural steriod injections, lumbar, thoracic, cervical intra-articular facet steriod injections, sacroiliac and hip joint steriod injections, lumbar, thoracic, cervical medical branch nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation, lumbar discograms, spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants, shoulder, hip, elbow, wrist joint arthrograms, lumbar sympathetic blocks and stellate ganglion blocks.

Job Requirements:
Must have finished an accredited PM&R residency in the United States and have ABMS Board Certification in the specialty. At least 3 years of clinical practice in outpatient musculoskeletal medicine recommended. Must obtain a North Carolina medical license at least 3 months prior to starting the position and must work with our licensing staff to obtain accreditation on TOA insurance plans at least one month prior to starting the position. Establish an outpatient clinic practice including chronic pain management and electrodiagnostic studies.
